What time does Snaxi provide delivery services? 

 

Snaxi provides delivery services between the hours of 8am-8pm (7) days a week based on driver availability.

 

How do I know if a driver is available?

 

Visit our websites homepage and select "Request a Delivery".  On this page you will see an icon that will have the current status of our drivers and your estimated delivery wait time.  When the icon has a Green Circle with Accepting Orders in it that means drivers are available.   When the icon has a Red Circle with Not Accepting Orders in it that means  drivers are currently not available. 

 

What happens if is says drivers are not available, but its during your normal business hours?

 

Due to high demand sometimes all of our drivers are busy servicing other customers.  Please check back within a few minutes if there are no drivers available at the current time. 

 

How long does it take for an order to get picked up?

 

Snaxi generally aims to pick up all request within (25) minutes of receiving your initial request. 

 

Does Snaxi only Deliver food?

 

No, in addition to delivering food from some of your favorite local restaurants, Snaxi also delivers auto parts from Advance Auto Parts and NAPA Auto Parts.

 

What areas does Snaxi Deliver to?

 

Snaxi delivers to the Charles City, Providence Forge, and Quinton areas located within Charles City County Virginia and New Kent County Virginia.

 

Does Snaxi deliver to all of Charles City and New Kent Counties?

 

Not exactly.  Snaxi provides delivery services to non-serviced areas of Charles City County and New Kent County based on driver availability.  Don’t worry, we have good news…Snaxi updates our service areas regularly, if your address is not currently serviced please submit a request to have your address added via our Chat.  We will try our best to add your address during our next location update.

 

My address is not being accepted for delivery but I live within a serviced area.

 

If your you live within a delivery area serviced by Snaxi but your address is not being accepted when you enter it,  please submit a request for assistance via our Chat and an associate will be happy to assist you.

 

Why are there different delivery rates?

 

Due to the various locations of the restaurants we service  the final delivery fee will vary depending on the selected pick up and final delivery location. 
 

Which rate should I select?

 

Select the rate that corresponds with your final delivery location. (Example: If your final delivery address is in Charles City you would select "Charles City")

 

How do I know my order was received?

 

Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation with a "Tracking Link".  You can use this link to track the status of your order in real time.

My food has not arrived yet and it's past the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

 

Please be patient.  Safety is our number one priority and our drivers obey all State and Local laws.  Delivery in rural areas pose some potential delays such as Train Crossings, Deer, & challenging road conditions.  Please be patient and we will have your delivery to you ASAP.
